I studied Social Education with the desire to accompany people to realise their potential, especially in contexts of vulnerability. At the Red Cross, working with people experiencing homelessness, and at the CEL Foundation in Barcelona, working with children, adolescents, and families, I supported educational and emotional processes in highly complex environments. Through this work, I came to understand the importance of creating safe and respectful spaces where each person can reconnect with their inner strength and begin meaningful processes of transformation.

My career in international cooperation and humanitarian work has led me to live and work in Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Pakistan, Mali, Angola, Venezuela, and Honduras, as well as to advise and mentor projects in Ukraine, Mozambique, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Yemen. In all these contexts, my work has focused on placing the voices, values, and perspectives of local communities at the centre, ensuring they are heard and integrated into decision-making processes.

Since 2019, I have been co-director of Casa R.A.R.O. in Barcelona, a contemporary visual arts creation space where artists from different countries and trajectories come together. In this context, I accompany both individual and collective creative processes, fostering spaces of trust, listening, and experimentation that allow artists to deepen their practice and open new possibilities. Working with the artistic community has allowed me to integrate strategic guidance, a systemic perspective, and care for human processes, understanding creation as a path of exploration, growth, and shared transformation.

This experience, combined with my fluency in five languages—Catalan, Spanish, English, French, and Arabic—allows me to accompany individuals and teams in multicultural contexts with confidence and sensitivity.
